Who are you Green Mizuna ?

A member of the cabbage family and probably the distant great-cousin of the rutabaga, Mizuna is the star of Japanese cuisine (we have sushi to worry about?). With its finely serrated leaves, it will bring chic and exoticism to your dishes. We even made a haiku out of it: The plate is waiting, the Mizuna leaf, a foretaste of spring.
