Who are you Curly Kale ?

A new trendy vegetable? The Curly Kale was already on our tables in the Middle Ages (although perhaps not on avocado toast, we grant you). Similar to wild cabbage, it is one of the only cabbages that does not have a head (or a big head). A healthy vegetable par excellence, it is rich in vitamins and has become very famous as the vegetable of choice for the stars. Kale Who?
