Terms and Conditions

• Competition Organizer: The competition is organized by Prêt à Pousser, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
• Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents of mainland France aged 18 or over.
• Contest duration: The contest begins on May 13, 2024 and ends on May 20, 2024 at 12pm. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
• Participation: To take part in the competition, entrants must meet all the conditions set out in the competition publication on the Organizer's social networks.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will be random and impartial.
• Notification of Winner: The winner will be publicly announced on the Organizer's social networks on May 20, 2024. The winner will also be contacted by private message on the social networking platform through which he/she participated. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
• Prize: The contest prize is a NANO Connected Indoor Garden in pink quartz. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
• Use of Personal Data: By entering the competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
• Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
